SAFETY AWARDS

The proactive attitude of the men and women in Alpha’s workforce has led to numerous federal and state safety awards.  These awards are proof and validatation of their commitment to our core safety values - and their commitment to Running Right.

Our safety programs are all based on the concept of changing behaviors, continuous improvement, and most importantly, are conceived by the individuals closest to the mining operations - because they know their jobs better than anyone else.

The safety and welfare of our employees is our first and foremost priority, and Alpha empowers each employee to carry out our mission of returning home safely at the end of each shift.

Alpha takes tremendous pride in our accident-free work sites. The awards below are proof positive that our Running Right safety programs work.
