INTERN PROGRAMS 

 

Is engineering the right career for you? Is Alpha the kind of company you want to join? What better way to find out than an internship? You'll gain hands-on work experience, learn the industry and have opportunities to be mentored by seasoned leaders. At Alpha, we invite top students to intern with us. Our goal is to grow future hires, and have a little fun along the way.
  • Alpha Intern Day: We fly summer interns to our Corporate Headquarters every August. Dinner, entertainment and meetings with Alpha leaders and other employees in different jobs are just a few activities on the agenda.
  • Intern GI Bill: Interns receive monetary rewards for college GPA, previous Alpha employment and positive evaluations.
  • Alpha SWAP Day: Interns can 'switch' jobs for a day to learn other aspects and locations of Alpha.
