Alpha offers all active employees and their spouses an opportunity to participate in an annual health screening. The screenings are conducted by an independent health care firm, Principal Wellness Company. All AlphaZone Wellness Screenings are strictly confidential.
Screenings are administered onsite at Alpha facilities and mines with immediate results to participants.
Employees that fall into a health risk group are given the opportunity to participate in a home-based targeted intervention follow-up program, also conducted by Principal Wellness Company.
Employees that choose to participate in Alpha Zone receive individual awards the day of the screening, as well as the chance to win a grand prize once all screenings are completed.
