The Company requires that selected employees, officers, managers and directors complete an annual questionnaire designed to elicit information and to provide further guidance as to compliance with many of the policies referred to in this Code. After review of these questionnaires, a report is made to the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.
