Troy is the Manager of HR & Recruiting based in Alpha’s Julian, W.Va. office. He graduated from Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Accounting and recently completed an MBA at Marshall University. With eight years of experience in the coal industry, Troy is focused on recruiting the next generation of talented miners, engineers, and employees for a company that rewards achievement and encourages employee involvement. Outside the office, Troy serves in the West Virginia state legislature and enjoys spending time with his wife and young children.
