Judy is the Manager of Recruiting based in the Corporate office in Bristol, Va. An Arkansas native, she received a B.S. in Business Administration from Lyon College in Batesville, Ark. Judy has more than 30 years of professional recruitment experience in college recruiting, operations, manufacturing, professional and executive recruiting. Prior to joining Alpha in 2009, Judy spent over 25 years with a Fortune 500 global chemical manufacturing company recruiting technology, IT, and engineering professionals. As Manager – Recruitment for Alpha Natural Resources, Judy is responsible for corporate recruiting, college and university recruitment, High School Scholars Awards program. In 2009, she served as the Director of Programs for CEDAR of Virginia, Inc. She enjoys volunteering in several community outreach initiatives, gardening, playing golf, and continuing to restore her historical home.
